I do an in-home visual Market-Prep Consultation (online consultations are also available) and provide you with recommendations of what needs to be done so that your home will appeal to potential buyers.

Now, you can enjoy all the benefits of a Market-Prep Consultation without needing an in-person meeting. I am available to assist you online, providing the same expert guidance from the comfort of your home.

This service includes a one-hour e-consultation, which involves:

• A brief questionnaire
• Photo-sharing of each room via email
• Video call
• Phone call
• Or a combination of the above

We will book the consultation at a time that suits your schedule, and afterward, you’ll receive a tailored Top Ten To-Do List to help prepare your home for sale.

I walk through your home and provide expert recommendations on how to best prepare it for sale. Along with my advice, you'll receive a Top Ten To-Do List, prioritising key tasks to get your home market-ready.

Each consultation takes a minimum of two hours, covering homes up to approximately 200 square metres. For larger homes, additional time may be needed, which we can discuss during our initial phone call.

The service also includes follow-up support via text, email, Facetime, or phone, for 2-3 questions that may arise as you implement the recommendations. For more in-depth queries, additional hours may need to be booked.

My in-home consultations are available throughout the Wellington region.

Following my Market-Prep Consultation, I offer a Pre-Photoshoot Prep service, which typically takes a minimum of two hours.

On the day of your photoshoot, I work with the progress you've made based on my recommendations, ensuring your home is perfectly styled and presented in the best possible light for the photos.

If you require a few extra things I offer a Service where I provide carefully selected accessories—such as décor items, cushions, and throws—to complement and elevate the existing furnishings in your home. This enhances the overall aesthetic, making your space more appealing and cohesive without the need for a full redesign.

I supply everything needed to fill in the gaps and complete your home’s presentation, whether it's furniture, décor, or accessories. This service is ideal for homeowners who need additional furnishings to add a finishing touch and make their property market-ready. Please note, this service is not available for homes with small children or pets.

I transform your empty property into a welcoming space that connects with potential buyers. I design the layout and install furniture and accessories to create an inviting atmosphere and leave a lasting first impression.
